If you’re one of the cool kids, you probably already know about I’m in Like With You. I only recently became one of the cool kids (at least as far as these things go), so I just signed up for it this past week (though it’s still in beta (aka requiring an invite) mode, so I suppose I can still claim some cool cred).

For those not in the know: I’m in Like With You is a very clever, somewhat passive aggressive addition to the world of online “undating” (you know, unpersonals). Taking Consumating’s game playing one step further, I’m in Like With You requires winners to create (and enter) games to get anywhere on the site.

Want to contact someone cute? Go enter their game, and hope to hell that you’re selected as the winner: cause it’s only then that you’ll actually be able to exchange messages with the object of your desire.

Yeah, it’s a little too complicated for me too. But clever! Very clever (and a fun time waster — especially when your game is being played by people you actually know)! We’ll see if it gets anywhere after it leaves beta mode — it seems like it might end up as just another a fun way to play games online, rather than the next new way to meet your one true love.
