If you’ve ever been in the company of a penis and a condom, you’re probably aware that the whole “one size fits all” philosophy of condoms is… well, misguided at best. While most penises will fit inside a standard size condom (and penis size is never, ever a legitimate excuse for not using a condom during sex), “fit” is a bit of a loose term.

Which is why I was so excited when I first learned about They Fit condoms (found at Condomania). Coming in 55 different sizes (in a variety of widths and lengths), it’s about as close to custom condoms as you can get.

Or could get, at least. I tried to find some recently, and was shocked to see that production has apparently been suspended. A quick look over at the actual TheyFit website reveals a vague announcement about a “2007 line” of TheyFit condoms (supposedly soon to be launched): here’s hoping they come sooner, rather than later.
