
Trying to choose a college? There are a lot of factors to consider: how big is the school? Where is it located? What majors does it offer? And, perhaps most importantly of all, how good are its sexual health services?
Up until recently, you were pretty much on your own on that last one. But Trojan’s trying to change that. This week, they released their second annual Sexual Health Report Card, ranking 139 colleges and universites in eleven categories, including sexual health awareness programs, HIV and STI testing, newspaper columns, and sexual assault programs. When all the results were tallied, the top five schools were:
As graduates of Columbia University (home of Go Ask Alice!), we were disappointed to see that the old Blue and White only ranked 12th. But hey, if that means that other schools are doing an even better job — well, we’re happy to see that sexual health services are evolving across college campuses.
