Say you’re on the subway one Sunday night, minding your own business. Across a crowded platform, you see her: the girl of your dreams. You both get on the same train, ride to the same stop, and get off. The whole ride you find yourself watching her, thinking about talking to her, and just as you’re about to, she slips away.

What do you do? You could post a Craig’s List Missed Connection, and get responses from all the crazies on Craig’s List — or you could go one better and make your very own website dedicated to your search for this mystery girl, and hope like hell that enough people publicize it and she eventually finds you. And, um, actually likes you back.

We were so taken by this story that we decided to email Patrick and ask him a few questions. Here’s what he said back:

1. I saw her on the train around 9:30 last night (Nov. 4th) and made the site in an hour or two after that.

2. I haven’t found her just yet. But staying optimistic.
