Dot Coms: they bring us joy, entertainment, and employ most of the hotties of Silicon Valley (and Alley). We know a dot com’s success isn’t determined by the hotness of its employees: but it isn’t hurt by it, either. So how hot is your dot com?

Amandalyn Ferri Best known for her appearance in the Connected Ventures “Flagpole Sitta” lipdub, Ferri developed such a fan base that a Facebook group was founded in her honor. Plus, Richard Blakeley says he’d totally do her — and we all know he has discriminating tastes. Hotness: 9/10

Amir Blumenfeld Amir’s funny — just check out College Humor’s 6-part “Prank War” — and hey, funny is hot. Unfortunately, Amir’s better at dishing out the pranks than taking them — and for that, he definitely loses points. Hotness: 6/10

Jakob Lodwick Best known for his on-again, off-again, much blogged relationship with Julia Allison, Jakob’s somehow managed to convince the world (or at least himself) that he’s the hottest thing to walk the planet. We’re not fooled. We think he’s kinda gross — and his vanity doesn’t help matters much either. Sure, he’s rich, but money can’t buy our love. Maybe he could take some of that money and buy a new hoodie — that green and grey one is so played out. Hotness: 3/10

Zach Klein Zach likes to rock the clueless surfer look, which is kinda hot — though his hair highlights are so 1997, which is totally not. He did get photographed shirtless with two other guys, which is also hot — but it’d be way hotter if they were all making out. Hotness: 7/10

Ricky Van Veen Ricky used to date Gawker’s Jessica Coen (you know, back before everyone else did), which gets him at least some points. He kinda has a John Mayer thing going on, which we can definitely dig — the emo hair gets us every time. And, of course, he’s loaded. Like you’re surprised? Hotness: 8/10
