First there was WooMe, now there’s Say-hey-hey! Aside from shitty names, what do these sites have in common? Why, they’re video dating sites — and, apparently, the next big thing for the “YouTube generation.”
We sorta get the idea behind video dating, and we can see some potential in the whole thing; but if it means getting wooed through YouTube quality videos or — as we suspect — something along the lines of a mainstream iFriends, well, thanks but no thanks. We’ll pass for now.

I disagree. I think there is potential in dating via seeing someone on a web cam and talking to them on the phone or chat. It can be a waste of time going out on dates. Why not spend more time investigating for the right person via web cams and chats like meebo?
