Here at Boinkology, we love our commenters — and we want to show them that love. Every week, we pick our favorite comment, and celebrate the commenter with a little gift.

There were lots of good comments this week — comments on Julia Allison, sex dolls, online dating, and oh so many more exciting topics — and it was really hard to choose a winner. But in the end, we had to go with the nerdy comment. Thanks to Patrick Di Justo for his comments on Jakob Lodwick’s downloadable DNA.

All you’d get from a download of Jacob Lodwick’s DNA is 3 gigabytes of “ATTAGCGCGAAG” and so on. You’d still have to build the actual DNA using a sequencer. And if you’re smart you’ll take that opportunity to tweak the genome a bit; adding the gene for “regular bathing”, for example.

Good point! You get some test tubes — use them wisely, and you too can grow up to be a boinkologist.
