They sure don’t make ‘em like they used to — bicycle ads, that is. We found a stockpile of vintage bicycle ads, and man, were we impressed. So much exposed skin! So much naughtiness! Who knew bicyclists were so dirty?

Well, to be fair, we did — but mainstream media seems to relegate bikes to the realm of children and people with spandex fetishes, taking all the sexy out of the equation. It’s nice to see that bikes weren’t always viewed that way.
