It’s a new year and all my resolutions have to do with being good and getting my shambolic finances in order. In an effort to cut back in a major area of spending, I’ve resolved to greatly reduce my traveling this year. Of course, I just moved to Europe so staying home is not the insane sacrifice I make it out to be. Nonetheless, for a globetrotting itchy-footed New Yorker, it does sound painful, so it’s a good thing I’ll have you, dear reader, and great tunes – like this week’s selection – to keep me company while I stay home and keep on the straight and narrow.
