Flickr: Good for Finding Dates, Naked Pictures, Swingers
A while back, we announced that Flickr was the best online dating site around. What we didn’t know at the time was that it’s also a pretty good site for would be wife swappers (or at least people who want to swap naked pix of their wives. Or “wives.”).
Hmm, maybe the personals should be worried after all.

The term “wife swappers” is repulsive to people in what is called “the lifestyle” (swingers). The reason is simply that girls, not guys, control the tempo and the action. Thus, “husband swappers” would really be more appropriate; though the reality is that either term implies ownership and transactions without mutual consent. The reality is that couples who swing do so together, with a lot of communication and with mutual consent.

Thanks for letting us know. We’re more familiar with the poly community than people in the lifestyle, so we didn’t realize that the term was considered offensive.
