Attending a Porno Jim comedy night is kind of like going to a vaudeville show where the set up of the act is a comedian who’s running for president. Through the use of quick video clips Porno Jim guides you on a tour of the history and highlights of porn. It’s similar to Al Gore doing his global warming slideshow, only Jim is much funnier.

He’s good on his toes when responding to the audience, which makes people feel at ease with watching porn in front of complete strangers. With the right person, “The Porno Jim Show” could be an excellent date night. Maybe not a first date, but a second or third. I couldn’t find a date myself, however, so I brought along our friend Joel Johnson who found smurf porn to be particularly amusing.

Jim keeps the laughs coming in his highly compressed one hour show and reminds us not only that different kind of porn is hot to different people, but that it’s freaking hilarious too.
