Totally a worthy cause. The tendency for women to be alienated from their bodies, often because they feel really uncomfortable about them, causes women to not get bra fittings in the same way it causes them to not get mammograms. Now, of course, mammograms are pretty crucial…but my point the phenomena have the same roots. Finding bras can also be really frustrating and then if you don’t fit the “normal” sizing it gets even more frustrating.

Lots of places offer free professional fittings. I think I’m going to get a fitting this week as a step in my body liberation journey.
