Here at Boinkology, we love our commenters — and we want to show them that love. Every week, we pick our favorite comment, and celebrate the commenter with a little gift.

Since it’s Gay Week, we should probably be awarding a prize for the gayest comment… but we’re not really sure what that means. So we’re just going to stick with the smartest, wittiest comment, the one that made us think (or at least made us laugh). And that comment was from… al oof, who offered these thoughts on why lesbians are more likely to tie the knot:

i wonder how the cultural expectation of marriage fits into this. little girls are taught to look forward to their wedding as the most important day of their lives, and girls are taught that, withough regard to their actual sexual orientation (in fact, marriage is largely emphasized with nary a connection to sex or sexuality). and boys don’t receive that same indoctrination.

Hurray! You get the gayest cake ever.
